Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an Hollywood writer and actor who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. She's a Sagittarius born on the 3rd of December 1960, in North Carolina. She is oldest among three siblings, born to Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. Her mother Anne works as a psychotherapist. She's English, Scottish and of mixed descent. Moore's father was a mover frequently due to his job. Steven Spielberg's casting of Moore in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which was one of the highest grossing films from 1997, represented a huge moment in her career. In 1999, she won the SAG Award for her performance in Magnolia. In 2002 she co-starred in The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman as well as Meryl Streep. She was married to John Robin from 1984 until 1995. Bart Freundlich has given her two children. Moore later got married to him in 2003. Moore's focus is on her family, friends as well as her career.
